The Constantine Hotel - Istanbul

Perfect spot for exploring!

I really loved the location-everything was just a short walk away! The room was small but super clean and comfy. The staff were sooo friendly and helpful. Only bummer was the breakfast options could have been a bit better, felt kinda basic. But honestly, you can't beat the location!

Pleasant place, it was fairly clean and had fairly friendly staff at the reception desk. The double room was modern with a variety of sizes, slippers plus big bathroom.

Such a lovely stay! The tram station was literally right outside. The room was clean and comfy. The employees were really helpful, especially Yahya. Breakfast had a nice spread of cheese, bread, and cereals. I'll definitely return next time 😊

The double room was stylish and modern, perfect for my needs. Had excellent facilities, such as an iron and ironing board, and a safe box. Good and perfect location, the hotel was in front of a tram station. Was in a busy area and near to pubs and restaurants. It was surely a perfect stay of 5 nights

Although I loved the place, some of the staff were not so helpful.

Its location not too far from Basilica Cistern was marvellous. The area was modern not far from the Grand Bazar or the Topkapi palace, and Bascilica Cistern-all the important sight-seeing places in Old Istanbul.

Everything was simply very easy. Breakfast was marvellous, excellent views, amazing location adjacent to the best restaurants and sites in Istanbul, the main important sights of Istanbul, and the centre of the historical district. We had a neat and budget room with very comfy bed and a safe, multi-channel TV and a mini-fridge-bar. Enjoyed nice design, pretty friendly staff at the reception desk👌👌👌

Location near the tram station made exploring Istanbul easy. The staff provided attentive and cute service from check-in to check-out. My room, a Standard Family Room, was spacious and offered a comfortable atmosphere for my family. The cleanliness standards were lacking. There were dusty surfaces and some stains in the corridor. The breakfast spread was decent but could use more variety, especially with fruit options. The air conditioning in my room struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, leading to some uncomfortable nights. The hotel has great potential with its location and service, but improvements in cleaning and maintenance are crucial.

The location was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast was sufficient and quite good. My room was on the courtyard side, so no view, but less noisy. The double room was clean, but small indeed, as well as the wardrobe, for two persons maybe too small, for me it was OK as I was alone. Bed was comfortable, bed sheets and towels were clean, no problems in the bathroom. There were toiletries and slippers, AC and fridge with soft drinks, the spirits were on the list, but not in the fridge.

In general I was satisfied with this hotel, I could mention only some minor shortages: no coffeemaker, no safe box in the room; only instant coffee at breakfast; only one English speaking TV channel - Al Jazeera English. It's noisy place - busy street, a tram stop at the front of the door, restaurants and shops nearby. I didn't care about that, but more sensitive people might not like it. There were several short power cuts during my stay, but it's not the hotel's fault, it seems to be a common problem in Istanbul.

the location is very nice, directly infront of a tram station, so you will have no problem going around, while staying there I did not use any Taxi, it is within walking distance from Aya Sofia, Blue Mousqe and Topkapi Sarayi, but whenever our destination is far, Tram is always there. the staff are so frienly, they did everything I asked them to do with no delay, I liked the breakfast even I think they can add more choices..

well, if you dont mind noise coming from the Tram ( 6 am - midnight) then you have nothing to worry about, the room is a bit small but I could live with it and enjoy staying there :)

Consider addressing the issues of poorly maintained bathrooms!!! The hot water supply was erratic !!! The noise from the tram outside and the thin walls made it hard to find peace!!! Room sizes are really small, and I felt cramped!!!

I did enjoy the fantastic location. Incredibly close to the metro...literally right outside your doorstep. Located in friendly Sultanhamet and a truly great location

Unfortunately, the walls are slightly thin and was awakened by other guests...

Easy walking from the station; don't get conned into getting a taxi for 25 lira! Excellent location, clean rooms, reliable wi-fi and helpful staff. Recommended.

We payed slightly more for a deluxe room which gave us a lovely big room and good large bathroom. The location was ideal, very close to all major sites and next door to a good pub.
